New update should be found waiting in your X1's Updates menu
version 1.3.9

1. Improve support for TV Series on some portals
2. Improve support for variety of video formats in VOD
3. Implement full descriptions support for channels with EPG. Click GUIDE and descriptions will be on top left corner. While in full screen, click INFO and full descriptions will show
4. Improve support for Quick Support in "Tools" folder for remotely controlling the android device
5. Auto detect local weather supported

Not there. I just opened this new out of the box.. it did two updates and then on the last one it kind of crashed
Now if i go to Device About says
Android version 6.0.1
Xtreamz software version 1.4.4c

I tried to update it multiple times and says file not found

why are you trying to get an older update?

look at date when thread was started
look at version number you posted that you have

Dude, thats why I am asking where I can find this file. The box keeps saying I have the latest file but I clearly dont.
It wont connect to Live tv at all

factory reset
by the way you have a file that is newer
which comes first 9 or 10?lol
1.39 or 1.44...think about it

I did factory reset 4 times, tried everything.
I want to download file in usb stick and upload it manually hoping it will work

there is no manual update file available for these boxes.

What I would do at this point is to install that new app from nfps onto that xtreamz box and use the services thru that app.
You would need to visit the service website and remove the MAC that is currently attached to your code first thou.

thank you crazed. i downloaded the .apk on usb and installed it but cannot get it to connect. keeps telling me that username expired. i tried to generate different donation number but still issues. No Mac on the donation assigned. i also tried to reset it few times.
this is becoming very frustrating

Best thing first is to ensure your username is correct.
