I can't help with the live TV adult channels but the Playlist for VODs only, found in the thread linked below will have no adult channels found in the list (they been removed).

If you use iptvsmarters pro in the configuration section it allows you to hide any channellist through parental control

If you use iptvsmarters pro in the configuration section it allows you to hide any channellist through parental controlthey're using a buzz which has it's own built in app
