Hi,
I'm having an issue getting my BuzzTv XPL2000 box to update to the newest version.

The problem I'm having is when I click on manual check, it pops up a window showing that there's a new version available with the changelog but when I click to download, it only progresses the downloads until 54% then then just stops and closes the popup box. Clicking on manual search again does the same above.

I've done a factory reset to see if starting from scratch would work, but still gives me the same result.
I've tried switching the download path to an external SD card, still the same result.
I've even deleted the temp file in the root of the internal storage for it to re-download but still stops at 54%.

Is there any other way that can be done to fix the download to update my box to the newest version? It's very behind in updates due to this problem.

Currently on: build #V001M901_20170417
Newest build that shows up: Build #V001M901_20171122

Thanks, Mepo

Open a ticket with Buzz Support. They will need the MAC address of your box. It starts with acdbda and it is printed on a sticker at the bottom of the box.
I had a similar problem and the support can check their end.

Still haven't been able to do anything.

I'll give this a try.
