View Full Version : BuzzTV not recognizing the subscription

Hi.. i am using buzz tv xpl 3000 for 6 months now, with out any issues... This morning when i was trying to click on live tv, it was blanking out for a while and was returning to home screen after a minute. Same happend with VOD, i tried to check the server info, i was not able to get into the server page as well.

I tried to restart couple of times and decided to factory reset ( with erase). Later i did initial set up and it did allow me to set up the new server but when i click connect, it says "Please contact your provider to register this device" .. i have noticed there is no change in MAC address.

I am doing something wrong here... thanks.

Reset your NFPS Donation....also reboot your modem and router .....you may also try to change the port

go to home page ,setttings ,more,apps, buzztv2,uninstall updates
you will have to re-enter all info

Thanks Guys. I changed the MAC address and it worked fine. Not sure how my previous MAC was locked.

sometimes just need to go too number two and start over and it will work

Hi I am using buzz tv xpls and getting the same information you got.. "Please contact your provider to register this device". If i have to change my MAC address, how to change. I do not know the steps. Will appreciate your help so I can watch tv. My tv using buzztv is still working and given me 5 days to contact provider to register the device. Thanks for your help in advance.

when in menu/settings of live tv press blue button to edit mac
have you rebooted router?
