AVOV super intermittence

Hi .
I have been using my AVOV VOX01for about 5 months now .What wears me now is that my favourite french channels ,viz 855 to 858 get too much freezing and totally faulty now for some consecutive couple or threedays .This is also recurrent in the morning when these channels happen to be back on air .My provider clings with the same eternal reply that he is only there for reporting the doleances and thathe can do no more .Any idea or suggestion will be most welcome

the fault doesn't fall on the box but the stream...some good, some bad..

and it free still so hold off they are testing everyday to get things better what i see they test early in morning

Yes ,I am aware now that streaming is the cause troubling me .Get to be used to it ,but will come back again for further help .Thanks a lot
