Asking for a friend. He has a new Dreamlink t2 box and has input all that is required, but nothing will load. He has the latest firmware and installed DOL2
He gets all the groups, he said he sees all the channels, and the EPG and all seems to be working but nothing will load. The circle just keeps keeps turning forever.
If anyone can help him, please.

Go to website and change the IPTV Server URL portal ... then copy the new portal onto the T2

Should also do an IPTV reset too, while at the website.

When does he do an IPTV Reset - before or after all the info input?
he also mentioned something about a Country Lock. What goes in there?

I'm sorry, I told him to go to http://IPTVRocket.is but he cannot find anywhere to change the IPTV Server URL portal.
As far as the Country lock goes, he mentioned something about that he had to pick a country before he was able to put in his MAC address. A window pops up saying it was mandatory or something.

ohh sorry but the Rocket website does not have the change portal option :(

try entering that rocket code thru the NFPS website and see if it allows you to change that rocket portal thru there.

I sent him the NFPS web site and he says that after filling in the ID and Donation number it says "the information provided is incorrect please try again."
He says that his donation is still good for over 170 some odd days.
Any help to get him going would be greatly appreciated - thank you

Is there anyone that we can get a hold of to change the IPTV Server URL portal?

Just to say that we do finally have it up and running. I don't know why or how but it is working now. I wish I could say we did this and that and now it works.
We didn't change portals though. We still don't know how to do that.
But I would like to thank the posters for all your help and suggestions, thank you very much.
