I can't get this d*** BuzzTv 3000 to work. It updated but no pictures anywhere. I have reset and started over. Still can not connect to Rocket server. All info is correct. Donation / password. MAC address. Did they change the URL to a new address?
Is it possible to get any TV with this piece of wonder without connection to the pay server? It may not be the Boxes fault, but something has gone to h***.
Sorry but I am so frustrated I am about to throw this piece though by expensive TV and them I will need more counselling all of which I do not have the money for.

Help before it too late. Thanks from my medical adviser!!

The box is good.
The server url did not change.

Did you cross check the URL you are using with the URL that shows on your code at the website ?
And does the MAC match ?
What are the first 6 digits that you are using for that MAc ?
Have you done an IPTV Reset at the website ?

Thank you yes I have done everything that you mentioned. LAte last night it finally connected to the server. But I now I see the EPG for live tv and VOD but when I click on the linbe for a chnnel nothing happens.

If your MAC# is correct on your donation page, and you have entered the Server URL address correctly, You may just have to perform a reset "properly".
Double check your settings.
Shutdown and unplug the unit (powering off does not actually shut these units down. everything in memory is still active).
Go to your Donation page and do an IPTV Reset. Wait 2 minutes.
Plug in the STB.
Make sure your internet connection is good.
Launch LiveTV.
If you still don't have success, contact Papiao at the link below, and include as much info as possible.

if you press the power button on home page it gives you a reboot option
