Potato and perfect player epg

I have perfect player and potato installed on the same box. I have kens13 epg on both. Perfect player get full guide and potato guide comes empty. Anybody knows why?

The guide works with Potato TV if you're using it in conjunction with IPTV Simple client.

That is what I did. Still comes up empty. Maybe it is not working when the two of them are on the same box. If it's only potato it's fine.

One wouldn't affect the other.

Potato doesn't do the configuring of the EPG. The Potato EPG choices are no longer working. Thus, you need to add the EPG URL to IPTV Simple client yourself. Once that is done, delete guide data and restart Kodi. (You may have to do this more than once.). If things aren't working, make sure the URL is typed correctly.

Where do you delete guide data? Igenarated a new token and cleared all caches and still same

System > Settings > TV > Guide > Clear data

Just a FYI ...
If you renew Token or perform a PVR auto setting in PotatoTV, this will overwrite any changes made to IPTV Simple client settings (Custom m3u or guide URL changes)

Use 1 of these sources, as they are currently active.

To change the guide source URL address;
- Go to System Settings/ Add-ons/ My Add-ons/ PVR Clients/ PVR IPTV Simple Client
- Click "Disable", then click "Configure"
- Click "EPG Settings" button
- Click in the "XMLTV URL" edit window
- Change the URL to the new URL, then click "OK" to save the settings
- "DO NOT ENABLE YET"
- Go to System Settings/ PVR&LiveTV/
-Guide Tab - click "Clear Data" and confirm by clicking "Yes"
-General Tab - click "Clear Data" and confirm by clicking "Yes"
- Go back to System Settings/ Add-ons/ My Add-ons/ PVR Clients/ PVR IPTV Simple Client
- Click "Enable"

Channels and Guide will reload
