I have been researching IPTV for awhile and while I get most of the basics, there are still a lot of details that I am clueless about.
I have searched the internet and have found TONS of information, however, there is SO much information that it makes learning
a bit of a challenge. On top of all the information, there is tons and tons of resellers trying to make money by pushing there
"product" and they don't want to answer because I will become another competitor.

I have tried a couple of reseller programs and I am not really satisfied with the service or the product that I am getting. If I don't get good
service or product from my provider, I can't give my customers a quality product.

That being said, I am looking to have my own private IPTV server or I am ok with being a reseller with more control and capabilities that I have had in other services.
Here is what I am looking for. Please know that I am not trying to insult anyone or looking to get into a pissing match. This is just what I would like to have.

I would like customer support that is fluent in English and readily available to help.
I would like a service with unbranded APK, apps, and other promotional material. (Android, Mac, Windows, iOS, Roku, STB, MAG, etc support)
I would like for the user interface on all apps to resemble each other. Not exact but very similar at least.
I would like to be able to create my own packages (lines). I have no desire to offer IPTV with 5000 foreign channels that people I am dealing with aren't interested in.
I would like the apps to have a nice layout with a decent guide (epg)
I would like to be able to have resellers with their own panel.
I would like the ability to reset mac addresses and any other necessary tools. (still learning)

You can see that I am a little picky, but I know what I want and I am willing to pay for it within reason.

Also, I would like to find a location (site, document) with all the information I need.
I want to find out about IKS, donations, private servers, any other pertinent information.

Thank you so much in advance for any input!!!
I look forward to learning and working with you all!

This is way beyond the support oriented goal of our site. (Support for premium services is limited to our services, by the way.) Beyond that, we don't get into a discussion of reseller strategies or of IPTV business strategies. I'm sure some Google searches will head you on a better path. Good luck!

no as ilan said we don't support resellers here, they are a good way to get burned

It does, however, we don't handle support for the reseller aspect. We have agreed not to enter into discussions of reseller activity here, as I mentioned in my initial post.
