adding a private server

How do you add a iptv subscription to this box
I have installed tvonline and have the NFPS trial running
however when I attempt to add another portal
I put in address it connects then asks me for a username and password which I neither need or have
So how do I get my paid subscriptions to work on this box that was said to be comparable and even better than a Mag which I had no problem connecting to

He is okay with NFPS but can`t seem to add another, which he has already and would like to use.
That was said to be comparable or better with his mag box

why would I need a username and password and where would I get it, just as with the mag you pay for subscription then send mac id and then get code enter and should connect no need for a password or username, just as the magtv emulator or mag 250 254
