It is the software in your Mag 254. You can set it up to watch many channels from IPTV Private server.

The stalker software is what the providers are using (Rocket/NFPS) to bring you the tv channels, VOD movies, youtube, games etc. it is not meant for us, the end users so don't worry about it and enjoy watching the TV & movies.
