How to format USB Stck to work with MAG254

Hi

I have a Sadisk 128gb usb pen I would like to use to record from my mag box. What standard does it need to be formatted to. i also have a 64GB USB 2.0 generic stick.

I just formatted it with the computer and picked fat32. That said, the recording options have to be activated at the server and they are not. So no recording can be done in Stalker unless they turned the option on.
