Problem with my MAG 254

It says my stb is blocked call the provider. I rebooted the box but that didnt work. I contacted the provider and they told me they did some resetting on my box but even after that it still says its blocked. Any advice?

What portal are you on and what is the address you are using?? Also posting in the Mag forum here might help you get answers or find answers quicker 👍
