MAC Address is banned

(Ther's an error trying to update this Donation, MAC Address is banned)I just got a new donation today and I get this when trying to add my mag 254 mac addy.I have been using this same box for a long time without any issues.My old donation expired end of Feb before I could renew it.Any ideas on how to fix this?

I had the same problem with a MAG254 that had not been used for around 10 months. When trying to assign the MAC id for the box to a donation number, I got a response: "MAC Address Banned". What's up with that, and how do I get the MAC address "unbanned" so I can use the box on the system?
