Shut down your box and do an IPTV Reset at your Donation Checker. Wait 15 minutes after the reset, start the box and try again.

Don't mean to sound dumb, but what is and where is the donation checker? I'm so new to this still !
I have tried using the link but when I enter the information that's required, it says information not accurate or something to that effect.
