I have problem to add mac address

I have 3 mag 254, I already had the subscription with rocket, but it was already the year, I did not get the person who I program them, then I bought 3 new rocket but when I add the mac address I get a message saying that mac Address is already registered and I can not do anything.

get a snapshot of MAC from your receiver and post it at a file host site , like mediafire.
Then send me the shared link along with your email and code number and I will get it send along to administration and they will get it working.
