change internet service providers?

I have a Mag 254 set top box. Have been using AT&T internet service. Have just changed to Spectrum wireless internet service.
My question is should I reset the Mag 254 box to factory settings, or simply power down the box and re boot? Best, Aaron

You should not have to reset the box, you will need to do an IPTV reset since you IP address has changed.
