videoclub with all the movies works perfect,
but tv channels hardly any work at all,
i am confident i followed the instructions and enter all perfectly,

any advices from people that have had the same problem?
and the solution?

try unplugging it and plugging it back in. i find it strange the vods work but the channels do not. and if you say have the latest sofware update

unplugged it overnight,
plugged back in, the same problem continues ...

it could be a dud

Factory reset your mag start all over maybe the software is corrupted.

i was very nervous about re set, but i manned up and did it!

I am experiencing similar problems as well. I followed the setup guide, install update and have been troubleshooting to see if my internet connection was the problem. I have 8Mbps download.

It does show the channel & VOD listings. The channels freeze or do not display at all. I have a black screen and the channel logo and information flash at the bottom of the screen every 30 seconds or so. VOD attempts to stream.

I am going to do a factory reset. Install the update then configure the box. I will report if this improve or solve my issues.
