Mag 254 r7 Firmware upgrade help

Hi all,

I'm trying to update a Mag 254 to the latest firmware (r14)

The problem is my current firmware is only r7, and it won't let me upgrade straight to r14 or r12 or even r11 - I think I have to upgrade to r9 or r10 first before I upgrade to the latest firmware however I can't find the firmware for r9 or r10 anywhere, including the infomir website.

Please could someone help :confused:

With HTTP chosen, what does the URL read ?
Does it show the URL shown below ?

Hi, the URL shown is:

http://mag.infomir.com.ua/254/r2/imageupdate

It's a Mag254 w2 box - thanks for your help

in that URL, change the r2 to show r14
then retry

the r14 is available for download onto USB storage device.
