Can t get channels i want

Hope is not stupid but i live in mexico and can t get tsn or sportsnet or most canadian channels.hockey is really impotant to me so i am on 22.iptvrocket.tv,,pool.ntp.org. Is there something else i should be doing to get these channels.any help appreciated,thanks

I bet if you tried a Public Goole DNS, you might see a difference
Them DNS changes thou do not always last

Google search on how to do the DNS change , there are a few good tutiurals and pretty simple too :)
Do the DNS change thru your router
