Password stays at 0000

Avov Ver 4 with the latest firmware. I could change the password under parental control. I confirmed that it changed from the default 0000 to a new one once I login again to the parental control. However, when I go to a locked channel, the new password doesn't work. 0000 unlocked the locked channels not the new password.

Anyone got this issue?

I have this issue for at least two months already. I did factory default on the box and redid everything. Firmware is updated too.
