shutting dwn mag254

my 254 is having an issue..getting a picture for 2 to 5seconds then the box reboots and the picture will not come back..any ideas why?

thank's greg.i tryed that but i'am still having the same issue as before..everything booths up,i get pic for one min or so then the mag powers dwn..it does not respond to the r.c,i have to unplug to get it going again.i will need to connect to the infomir server to dwnload the latest firmware.could you point me in the right direction.

hey greg just a quick up date on my mag254 with shut down issue..after days of working on it and lot's of reading..i finally got the courage to load the image file and viola it booted up and did not shut down.thank you for your assistance
