mag 254 cant work on att uverse help

Help please i have mag 254 i just change from time war to att uverse but i can see only a few channells with att im still have time warner and when i connect back i can see all chanells again i did and iptv reset on papiao and nothing hapen att send tuw guys all ready and in still have the problem could you toldme if i have to do a set up on the mag or att box ? Can you told me if you guys have att uverse working fine on mag 254 thanks to all for you help sorry im new on this
