authentication error

can anybody help me I can't log in, tried iptv reset, tried change portal number, still error. it use to be running smooth for the last couple months and all of a sudden they ask me to log in. I check my donation number still have 285 days left and seems like all the info are correct. please any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you

check the server address it shows at the website and the address you have on your Mag.
Are they the same ?

thanks crazed, but the problem is I'm stuck on the log in it says error.
I know users name and password are thesame.

use the gear button on your remote to exit the log in menu.
The setup button, just below the blue button
