What portal name I shell enter for Rocket and what shell I put in General for server setting? Thanks

that is not what I asked for my mag 254 is not taking portal mane and password it goes blank when enter portal name and press OK to save, when I enter portal URL it saying filling the incorrect information in URL 1.
