T1 function request

Before I had the T1 I had a couple of MAG 254's. I was able to set these up to start in the main portal if no choice was made. When power was lost
the MAGs would turn on when power was restored but would sit at the main portal without streaming. Yesterday I came home, power was lost sometime during
the day and both my T1's were on. The 2 of them consumed 18gb's during the day. Is there anyway to prevent that short of disconnecting power from them
everyday?

The best way would buy power bars with timers so they are off during the day and on when your home and I haven't seen anything in the settings

maybe you can set up a fake server 1, so it wont connect. just an Idea!!

When I'm away I never leave power to any of my devices to assure no damage from power outages.

I agree with Harrywz.
There should be some sort of switch in DOL which should enable/disable starting of DOL at boot time.

Why are you worried about it using 18GB do you have an internet which you are set for certain amount of GB a month if yes get rid of that and get unlimited
