tried it on a Win7 platform. Upgraded v16.1, which was working perfectly for IPTV using PVR.Stalker client.
using v17 alpha3, IPTV Channels loaded, then guide loaded. Got the TV Icon on the menu. Opened TV and got channel list with guide data OK. Channel streams would not play. They would time out.
Reloaded 16.1, and without any resetting, system played perfectly as before.
Posted problem with Kodi.
