Add TV Guide Sub categories to TV Bar

I havebeen trying to add the TV guide Sub categories to the Arctic skin for a fewmonths but I am struggling to find a way to do this and I am wondering ifanyone can help.

To helpexplain more I am using a paid IPTV Stalker subscription with the EPG Ninjaguide. I have the TV icon on the front of my Zephyr screen with Guide as a subcategory but what I want to do is also add in the other guides that I have inthere by the shortcut menu for sports, films ect. No matter what I do I amstruggling to add this part of the guide to the main menu.
Hasanyone been able to-do this and if so how did you do it?

all you do is press left or right when the full or osd channel list up

I know that option is available but its more for my none tech family. I am looking to see if there is a way to add it to the main bar. I have seen some videos of peopling having sport movies ect but never found out how to do it. I know its not a big thing to press the left and right arrows but for some people I need to keep it very simple and if there is a way to add this to the main bar that be great if not then ill not let them know about it.
