Don't know where else to put this, so....

I'm running a powerline internet though my homes electrical lines to my network media player. I don't have a problem getting internet to my Sat STB or my network STB, but I don't know how to configure my Network STB to get to my computer to play files.

Basically, I'm running internet from one router through a second router to my network media player. Any suggestions on how to configure the system so I can get to my computer?

Thanx, JJ

I was using wifi, but I can connect with router to powerline to STB. Leaving the second router out.

In other words use the single router info to setup the ip addresses?

I think I have to bridge the second modem and basically turn it into a switch. Will try that tomorrow.

Bridging worked and now I can connect 4 direct line things with one line cat5 and see my IPTV box on my computer server. I'll write a post on how to do it when I have more time.
