the device is mag 254 app? not sure

You would be better off posting in the Mag 254 subforum, but...

Make sure the TV mute is not triggered, set the NFPS portal to stereo mode and SPDIF to bitstream. Do the same in the inner portal settings. If that doesn't do it, post in the Mag 254 section where folks are more familiar with your device.
