how do you know when your route gets banded on iptv66?

i had it on my box and fire stick never ran both at the sametime. now iam getting buffering on channels. now i only have it on my stick. did a reset on mac. but still buffering

i also change the mac address and did a reset. i using the pvr built it. any suggestion what i should check?
