unable to load portal

hi all
the system was getting better however today the sysem will no load
when i try to load the portal i get a message (press menu to load portal selection screen ) unable to find menu on remote or is the system down
i can not see on site any mention that we are down so any information would be helpfull

do a donation search at papiao.is they will give you a new server number it happened to me 2 days ago--tv was working but today only movies are working.
anyway hope this helps. js
