set up for avov first time!

Iam trying to set up my new avov streamer and it says in set up instructions to dowh load tv online app from the google play store have looked and cannot find it! I have everything else set up but I need instruction on how to download that app! Someone with no how please let me know how to do it the best way. Thanks.
