NFPS has reported on the FTA Zeta forum that they are aware of the problem and are attempting to fix. They sate they are not aware of what the problem is but they are attempting to sort it out. Also on the 5th of April they're implementing new security for the service.

Unfortunately some of our servers are having network problems and for such reason around a 50% of you are experiencing down times and intermittent connections. Our tech team is working hard to get this solved ASAP.
