Any users in USA (KODI 16.1 RC2) have good EPG?? Guide stops at 7am

The guide stops at 7am and won't advance past that as well.

I don't think I'm getting a pull from the EPG and I've tried everything.

The standard deleting EPG.db files and the epg_xmltv.xml file. I've cleared data in the general section and the guide section.

I deleted the EPG repo and reinstalled as well a few times. Curious if any USA user have good data??? Specifically Shield devices!

Yes exactly same here on 2 diff. devices/donations and only 1/2 populates as well
deleted .xml , reset mac , changed mac , checked if updater up to date alls good
