is anyone else having problems with this equ. i had serv prev and wk till they made the chang where a loging was needed.. i change company and iam also having same problems.. box will not load.. can someone else experience same problem and fixed?... any opinions..thnaks

i did that .. same nothing changed,, but i was reading that it nay be that that the software could be corrupted to reload with a stick.. what do u think?.. where can i get it from

"Settings" of the internal portal (Autoupdate firmware system)

Open “Settings” of the internal portal;
Choose “Update software now”;
In the opened window “Autoupdate” choose the list of “Available versions” by pressing “OK” - The latest available version is on top of the list;
Choose necessary firmware version;
Move “focus” to “Update” using buttons on RC (up, down, left and right);
Choose “Update” by pressing “ОК” on RC;
Wait untill STB will be updated. Updating process is desplayed as filling of progress-bar and comments. STB will be rebooted automatically after update.

you can do that thru your Mag receiver in ADvanced settings.
Check the link below and they talk about how to do that in that thread discussion. There is also direction on how to get the file and download it manually thru USB loading.
