How about you upgrade to the latest builds? Kodi 16 and pvr stalker nfps 1.0.3 is where you should be at..this set up is way easier then the old pvr client

You have just about everything wrong. If you want to stick with PVR Stalker 0.8.3, you can follow these drections. However, use the addresses below for the portals since you are using Kodi 15 and the addresses in the directions are for Kodi 16.
