Well it look like (they) mess up the Mag 254 because I am looking at the channels, they are ok but from the time they have that ID# and password now we come back to square one by going blindly to fix that box. It was before the update to R14. Everything was ok. Now we have a channel problem. But it is not hard to fix but when I check the guide and the channel they don't match the channel is at 4:00 PM while the guide is for 7:00 AM Not only that on the VOD section, any movie I cljck on, File is missing. I taught it was the update but the update has nothing to do with that channel problem. Is any body check that out to see I am wrong or right?

well enough my prob was not enough speed well not my prob was my dads prob but working now

Friend had the same problem. Fixed by rebooting his modem!
