Please For All those not being able to connect and watch their channels, do this:

1. Go to your box section (Fuse, TV Online, TV Online +, VIXO1, VIXO 2).

2. Make a thread, with the following format.

Connects: (YES / NO)
Pull Channels: (YES / NO)
Version: (1.63, 1.64) or whatever is yours, is located in the top of TV online app once you get in to the right side top; Limit yourself to the version.

We need this information, to see if all boxes are affected.

Incase any of you have a box, which is working fine, without a problem... please post this exact information above.

THREADS with different Format will be ignored.

By "Pulling Channels" I assume you mean Does It Load Channels. It Can Load Channels but not Display Live TV

Pull Channels means to view channels in this case.
If it connects then channels will show thru EPG , but do they work ?

Ok everyone channels are back on but its freezing . I can deal with that for now . Its in the right direction . I am very happy and good job to get it back working again . My internet connection is 25 mbps is there anything i can do for the freezing issue .

I've inputted the credentials (user & password-the same), but cant get a connection. For the last 6 days there's been a "paddle lock icon". I tried resetting the box, inputting the server URL, & credentials-no change. I've been sending messages to iptv.... since Feb 4 about the problem & requesting instructions how to rectify, haven't received a reply yet.

I'm beginning wondering if they are out of business.

Is there are status guide for new Avov Fuses? I saw the one which starts giving directions after you set you your internet, etc...

Just want to make sure I get this right the first time. I'm extremely handy w/ KODI and that platform gives people fits all the time.

My Avov work fine when I put in username and password, the thing is it won't save it, everytime I turn the box off and back on again I have put in username and password everytime. What's up with that, anybody know? Avov version2
