Keep getting this error, not really sure why. I've tried changing my MAC address on the add on (and yes, I've changed it on the route checker - I'm using IKS66 if it makes a difference), I've cleared my cache.

Is there anything else I should try?

By the way, I meant to put authorisation error as the title but yeah...

At least it isn't just me then! sorry to hear that you're having problems, though.

I guess it's something wrong with the server?

There is a solution for iVue at the moment they also have gone to User Name/Password route you they have a web page that explains it all.

There is no solution,

===NFPS Announcement for 01-15-2016===
There is still a problem with the Mac addresses on the Mags and NFPS is aware and working on a fix.

Read the homepage.

And yes IVUE is gone due to over bandwidth read that homepage

Read gizm0's post. Summarizes it all, very succinctly.

How do we go about getting these username and passwords? though obviously it will be little use at the moment anyway...

Appears to be back up and running now as I've tried several channels - on the stalker client though. Haven't tried iVue as there's probably no point.

You might as well remove the ivue addon. The servers are not going back up, if they do it will be a different ip# with username and password authentication like their website says.
