Setting up kodi 16 with built in stalker PVR client

Hello all
Need some help here.. There is so much info I'm not sure what setup to use to get the stalker PVR working. Im trying to get it working with iks66 and my nvidia sheild Tv.. Thanks in advance

For the "Server Address", use this (For Kodi 16, or you won't be able to connect):
