Ive just got a M8S Ott box. I have successfully connected it to my wifi but seem unable to watch anything not even bbc iplayer, it just says check log for more info. Genesis is not woring either it just says stream not found.......PLease help xxx

It sounds to me like it's not connected to internet

If that is the installed Kodi that comes with the box I would uninstall that and put on a fresh install of 15.2 Isengard. I am using the exact same unit and it works perfectly with 15.2 Don't know why but 14.2 Helix wouldn't work for me at all.
