If I have already setup a route without setting up the donation number what is the way I can correct this?

Can you also let me know exactly where I am supposed to enter the Donation number that I am supposed to create as a reseller?

I am pretty confused at where you are at with things.

The donation number is the 13 digit Route number (for iptv66)
You also mentioned that you checked and reset the MAC address. How can you do that without a Route number ?
