    Help !!...just getting this message this morning. I have a valid donation and have been watching NFPS since I obtained my subscription without a problem. Now, this morning I am getting this message and the portal won't load. Please help !!

    Go to your donation change/mac address and change one number when it say successful change it back to the original Mac address from you mag box. After that one say successful now restart the portal on your mag box

    The new batch of MAG model 254 2.6 - IB - 00 03, which was produced in October 2015 has problems of this nature.
    Make what wrote above writing user, if this does not help Contact papiao team.
