my mag254 stopped. i am getting a message that says : please contact your provider to register this service. the box was already registered.
How do I remedy this

Go to the site change one number from your mac and change it back to original mac and reboot box

I have two problem I have the same thing registered to your provider 2 days I have it an the other one is I can still buy a donation still I have payment failed.
