Is IPTV just XBMC ?

what we are doing is very different red box is just vod we have live tv and more

XBMC/Kodi is essentially a media center that can access local media from your local box or network, or remote media via addons for content. The IPTV that will be sold is also remote media content but will look kind of what you get from a cable or satellite box via subscription. There's more to this...Google is your friend.
