** why is my donation account inactive

Hi,
I donated by following the instructions on this forum and received a mac address from papaio.tv. I changed my mac address when the iptv problems came about a few days ago.My donation details is showing status: inactive. Now when I try click into NFPS i get 'Authorisation Failed' This must be because my donation is inactive. Why would it be on status inactive??and how to do i make it active so I can access iptv? Any help would be great,thanks

They are very slow getting back! Has anyone dealt with them? I sent 2 mails since last night still no response?? [email protected]

I have never had to deal with them. Unfortunately, though, they are probably swamped with e-mail related to the server anomalies over the past week. I would keep checking the account in case they activate it but don't feel inclined to send you an e-mail.

Someone in-the-know will be better poised to speak to this.

go to the purchase site and check your donation status, have you done this??..and if so, why not??..also I recommend you check the announcements, thks

Back working!! About time! think the mac just took longer then usual to get recognised by nfps. Crisis over...for now at least
