    I am not sure what you are asking here. Stalker is a client for the Stalker Middle Ware server which anyone can build and use, so there is nothing better for that. Now if you are asking about if there is a better provider than NFPS IPTV Service then you would have to search the net and decide your self. That or do as suggested already and get a sub.
