url open error timed out

I am having the same problem. I also have cox.

I have some friends who are on cox and the only channels they can get are the foreign channels. When they go through hotspot on phone, channels are working.
One friend even says there internet is suspended and to call for reinstatement.

Just a suggestion, If your service provider is blocking your IPTV you might try using a VPN. There are a few free ones out there to test but you will want to pay a solid server if a VPN is the solution. Google free VPN.

Cox is not blocking anything. Not sure why this has came up over and over. Service is down at the moment and that is all there is to it. It will be back soon as normal.

Your friend had to be using torrents. That's the only thing they suspend internet for.
