Avov 1 turns off and on wont load any thing

Avov 1 turns off and on only wont work at my friends house. I switched it with mine and it does the same thing. they wont work at his house. after working fine in the past few months. Help. Now that I think about it. He or his kids must have switched electrical plugs with another device that looks the same in the plug. And it could be just that simple.

check your internet connection, and try rebooting your router

Yes great suggestions. His fire wall on the cable router did give me trouble on downloading aps at his place. I had to set up the tv online app at my house. App downloads did not work in his house. thanks
